Report him here and make sure to include a screenshot of his Skype profile and screenshots of the whole conversation in your scam report.

I had already requested Mayion to IP check the OP long before you said the OP was suspicious, however, since the OP turned out to not be a ban evader, I decided to let things remain as they were. Anyways, let's just wait to see how the scam report that @shaiv1011 will most likely make goes.

Yeah, you need to achieve at least 15 posts in order for you to be able to post links. Regardless, make a scam report here and put spaces between the links so the system doesn't recognize them as links, for instance: www . imgur . com .
