You should be fine mate, Just contact them in 24 hours and see what they say, I Had a £646 refund they said the exact same thing to my refunder, Said they were going to follow it up etc.. And he contacted them and he got the refund.

My refunder had the same thing, I had to come in later to finish the job because he kept delaying it. Safe to say I did receive a refund and I didn't have to pay anyone.
