Im tryn to get my brother a laptop or a pc,
And i need tips which one can run CSGO with smooth fps at low settings
List all the builds(that work for csgo)

Buy a second hand Computer with a decent processor and then buy a NVIDIA GTX 750 it is a really good graphics card to use for games! I can even run CoD AW on it!

Indeed. Buy one from craiglist. You can get one that can handle GTA V

PC master race and there is no CSGO on console and next gen consoles cost $350+

There is CS:GO on Xbox 360 and PS3

but its crap, hasn't been updated in a long time, and also its much more better to play with keyboard and mouse

You cannot build a laptop like you would a desktop. Last time I've seen individuals laptop parts for sale to actually build your own laptop was back 2007 / 2008 and the chassis alone (just the shell) started at $200.

You are not going to any new laptop for $300 that is capable of playing games unless you are counting games from 2006 and before. Laptops are expensive compared to desktops and I think you will even have a hard time building a desktop capable of playing games decently for $300 even if you already have the monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Look at the first reply. Pretty much what I got for wife, cept it was for league. Runs it at over 60 on high@1080p.

Most laptop around the $300 pricepoint would make CSGO look like a powerpoint slideshow, I do not recommend getting a laptop for this, building a AMD APU desktop might be your best option.

can't exactly build a laptop however I perfer using a GTX 750 TI as this GPU is good for running Apache AA and can also run CS:GO
