No Spread and No Recoil?

I actually have both of those hacks, in two seperate public hack packs; unfortunately they dont work together. So what i need is either a seperate no recoil hack, or a seperate no spread hack. I've looked everywhere but i cant find a way. Any suggestions? I will just continue using the no recoil hack until i can find a no bullet spread hack.

My hacks just have no spread. Dave released a public about a month ago and it had no spread and no recoil and with them both on the bullets went directly straight.

If you have no recoil what the fuck do you need no spread for? You'll shoot on a dime. No spread has pretty much always been pointless and unnoticeable.
