the white icon just means invalid/no art. you can get the same with like 11th prestige on mw2

For the UAV, he means sweeping UAV. It's not a constant UAV like when you use g_compassShowEnemies, it's just acting as if you are constantly calling in UAVs. Just set the value to 1 in Cheat Engine, don't worry about nopping it.
