Need Twitch Graphics done please

If anyone could be the nicest person in the world and create me a couple of graphic designs for my twitch profile I would highly appreciate it!
Stuff I need:
A Banner: My Current
A Logo: My Current
Twitch Bars: My Current
Camera Box: No current one

For a category of games I would like all of them to be in would be FPS, Mainly Counter-Strike Global Offensive.
For the overlays in twitch I would like it so they're not too big and so they can see the gameplay, ammo, health etc...
If you could do something like this for me I would be greatly appreciative!
