Stuck at loading screen! HELP PLEASE!

I login, and I get into the loading screen.. then I hit start game, then I get stuck here for the whole time, and it just freezes? help please?
(see screenshots, its step by step I GET STUCK AT THE LAST SCREENSHOT the loading screen!)
I disabled my antivirus, and it didnt work.
I re-installed the game, it didnt work.
I re-installed .NET Frame, it didnt work.
I updated to latest version, it didnt work.
I literally tried everything!
This never happened to me, and I play this game for over 5years now!
Can someone help me?

1st. your computer is too heavy ( too many data ) . so it cause lagg
2nd. can i know how much gb ur ram?
3rd. clean ur computer. you can use CCleaner Pro.
4th. scan ur computer. Malwarebytes Anti Malware

2. 8gb
3. why would I clean it? It worked fine when I used windows 8, now I use 10 and it doesnt..
4. why should I scan it?
