Sometimes, I find if you go out for a quick run and then shower, you will focus and concentrate alot better. (works for me sometimes) or any form of physical activity is good.
Also, see if you can change your wrong classes and try to take on one obstacle at a time. Don't overwhelm yourself by thinking of all the issues you have. It will only cause you to accomplish little to nothing.
by the way, Do you have social or any kind of anxiety ? because you could be sitting there thinking about social/family related issues you have.

I generally don't do school work at home. I rather sit and do nothing than work for studies at home. I do it in class since my teachers usually give crap exercise to do during class and give actual useful stuff for homework. I skip the useless shit.
Forget anything else , then focus on studying
i have the same shit, this is what u should do make time table or something
and when you do school stuff try not do it on laptop or something, go out stop staying in your room for so long
try to have one mind. maybe go out to do the studies
For me that's what works the best, is not to be in a computer because i can't focus on the comp i keep on doing other shit, atleast thats my problem
kind hate my life for that, its so addicted been thinking to even sell this pc.
If you have problems focusing on things for a longer periods of time i would suggest that you should try going outside and getting some fresh air for 5 minutes every other hour and stretch. And be sure to sleep and eat well.
Let me help you a bit better, if you have a GF have sex with her, because it'll help you to get back focus
