So I tried to put some cash on my steam account and this is what im getting... anyone can tell me what to do?

Something is up with your CC obv, just try G2A or something.

If you're using a pre-paid card from the store, like a $25 pre-paid Visa for example, it won't work since it won't allow out-of-country purchases.

Valve (steam) is located in the US, and judging by your country, you're not from the US so pre-paid cards won't work.

If you're using a CC, then use G2A.

Is it a prepaid or a bank credit card? If Bank Credit card then contact bank, if it is a prepaid then the information you entered is probably wrong or something.

Its a VISA card... and no I didn't enter it wrong

Not quite sure how relevant this is but I had a little bit of trouble getting my credit card set up because Steam automatically thought I was at my location that I put in steam (Some place in Bhutan) as opposed to the united states, where I actually am.

I had to go through and change the billing info and then I was fine.
