Gamestop PowerUp Rewards Account Questions

Hello fellow MPGH'ers,


I just have a couple of questions in regard to GameStop Accounts;

1. Should I make an account just so things won't be too suspicious? I usually don't tell them I have an account (although I have a personal), and they check me out. Just in case I wanted to go back to that store, should I just make one on the side so I can use?

2. If I do make a separate account and use the vouchers, is there a way that they can track where the coupons are coming from or who they are
redeemed by? One time I used vouchers for a Xbox One Controller and used my personal PowerUp account.

Can someone clarify this for me please based off experience or knowledge with gamestop.
