Why do the tools for modding GTAV Suck so bad?!

Both handling edittors are complete garbage. edit one item = gauranteed crash.

and the weapons editor is another pile of shit.

GTAIII GTAIV GTA SA GTA VC all had great tools to edit weapons and cars... GTAV's editors are complete shit whats up with that?!

All mods having possible issue in their rise to be the final version. Think about it - some of the best, final mods for those previous game taking over 1-2 years to complete to the final version, GTA on PC only be releasing since April. We only at 5 months in, so there likely still some issue.

And looking what we have already, some very good mods for GTA V already, just the tool needing to get some fine adjustment perhaps.
