I have a blacklisted iphone 6 the carrier is at&t it is report stolen and need services for someone who can unlock it willing to negotiate a price for this service if possible

if it's not so bad why don't you do it :P it's not unlocking the phone that's the issue, the issue is the IMEI blacklist.

it's not apple's security, it's literally an IMEI blacklist. The phone can be unlocked but if it's blacklisted then it won't work regardless.
