Once again, OP is supposed to have a giveaway in equal to what was scammed. Since more than one user was scammed that giveaway won't do.

@Dave84311 no more than one user was SCAMMED. @mrBombast told me he ATTEMPTED TO SCAM 1 other person and failed because he was banned and the victim noticed. So the giveaway should do just fine. It is equal to the actual scammed amount.

Also these actions found place back in 2013 no other scams after that date have been reported or made. Don't you think I have been punished enough for the deeds of @mrBombast ?

I also mentioned I will donate an extra 26.5 USD to the website to avoid any distrust and prove myself to be a fair trader. This makes a total of 53 USD I feel like this is more than enough from my side.

I have been banned for over a month now. I am a patient girl though I think I've put enough effort in this.

Please let me know how you see this case being resolved other than @FanticSteal 's way. If I don't hear back from you I will cancel the giveaway.

Giveaway failed, dispute was already denied by @Dave84311 .
