Need Sig :/

I have a vivid idea in mind about how my sig will look. Anyone willing to make it for me?
If you could walk me through making it, that will do too (I have Ps CC).

The main concept is based around a MMORPG called Runescape (You don't need knowledge about the game to make the sig), a guy is mining the quest symbol (the inside of which is basically like a colour bomb) and (another fantasy RPG called RotMG) a doom bow's arrow underlines my name (i.e Arunyo). The graphic part of the sig will be towards the right hand side and the name will be towards the left. I also kinda want to make my name kinda flashy.
