Finding the size of CUserCmd + MULTIPLAYER_BACKUP.

Already posted this elsewhere so see no reason to not post it here.

For some reason my method of finding verified commands (and input) is different in any game that is > L4D, it didn't work in Insurgency and it also didn't work in CS:GO. I'll have to figure out why that is on a later date and probably expand on this, nonetheless, here's how I find the size of CUserCmd for games.

CUserCmd also seems to have a constructor and deconstructor in later games, so simply pad it up and then the rest of CUserCmd should be relatively the same as every other game.
