    Call of duty black ops error

    an eroor occuring steam file restart app if necessary..
    how to fix it??
    please help?

    on running the blackops.exe the error comes:
    The procedure entry point SteamAPI_RestartAppIfNecessary could not be located in the dynamic link library D:\Games\Call Of Duty Black Ops\black oops crack\BlackOps.ese.
