So, my question is what will happen when my secondary CS:GO account is higher than my main account does that mean my main account is considered as a smurf account when my secondary CS:GO account is higher than MG2/Dual AK?

I'd say you are on a smurf account if that account has a lower rank than your main.
You always see people say something like "Fucking smurf, go play with your own rank" etc.. Not about trolling.
