I've been using this for a long time now and not even a smell of a ban!
I think you can't get banned from MW3 anymore, because the developers are focussing on new games...

But you have to start the game before you start the hack. i got sometimes freezes when I started the hack first.

worked great for me, i only used the level editor and the prestige editor, and i used them in the barracks, then existed the hack and joined a match, got a kill and left the match so the new level and prestige sticks. works great! i hope in the future there is an unlock all editor, that would be great
