It visually removes your bullets and the sound of your bullets.

Hi I don't play MW3 Multiplayer, I play survival mode.

There are some weapons I want to buy, specifically the stand alone rocket launchers, not the rifle attachments.

I have bought all weapons and add-ons. I have played to wave 55 in Survival mode.

I want to change my LVL in the Survival Mode barracks like you guys are doing in Multiplayer.

Can you help with this? What do I need to do?

You need to change the XP of your current lvl. You can easily do this using Cheat Engine. Just search in Google for Cheat Engine tutorial.

Ived used 1.1 and upgraded to 1.2 since its first release and today it was not working, no recoil was dead UAV was dead FOV was dead, nothing worked.
