Have you made sure the connection is on?
I'm trying to use a server I made about a month ago, and whenever I try to use HeidiSQL or phpMyAdmin to edit my characters, it just says "Cannot log in to the MySQL server" even with my correct username and password. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
Have you made sure the connection is on?
Sorry this took so long to respond. Oh, and by connection I'm guessing you mean internet connection. (If not I'm sorry I have the brain of a 6 year-old) Oh, and I do have/had a connection. Still doesn't wanna open HeidiSQL.
Have you imported struct.sql?
I have imported struct.sql when I started the server about a month ago, but now it won't let me into the phpMyAdmin tab in the localhost/127.0.0.1 url with the message I stated earlier. (Oh and thanks for responding <3)
Is the Apache and MySql service even on? @hamrhed

Yes, they are both on. I have also tried putting FileZilla on also. (I use XAMPP)

I've never done anything in that file. How would I go about configuring it?
EDIT: I've been touching around with it, and it looks pretty simple. I made the "$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = ''";" the correct password, and the username the correct username. Other than that, however, I'm quite clueless as I'm pretty stupid.
