I finally get it!
lets put an example with the super knif M9:
1-I shot the super knif 10 times, it is like 100-250 shot
but the server only get the real shots fired and the real shots fired is 10.
2-So i shot the super knif 50 times but it is 5 times
So i have 1400 sM9 shots fired I will get 1405 not 1450.

Because you can't change the damage of a mod ... And the reason he went beack for a second shot is because he probly missed or he only hit him once then the knife hit the air for second shot ... That is unlikely though

exactly my point, it doesnt chnage, and he did hit him, you could hear it, so it still took 2 hits
