Our banks did not make such a statement, which Amazon accepts. I need to have someone placed an order with my money, and the man took off the hold if necessary.

No, I don't. If you can see I'm not living in US. I can send fax with billing statement but my statement doesnt has billing information such address, phone and e-mail and amazon doesn't accept it. So I dont know what I have to do with it.

I have one more question but maybe not for this thread. If I have Amazon account with gift balance (not mine), someone can make order to my address without hold or ban?
