I want to go through Silver 1. Read it please

Hello guys. I just finished winning my first 10 competitive matches and i became a DMG.
My first rank is DMG. A friend told me i should be happy but actually i am not.
I want to play like a monster but its not so easy to win all matches in rank DMG.

I want to be in Silver 1 or 2.
How can i go these ranks.
How many games should i lose or how many days do i need?

Can somebody please help me. I haven't got much information about CS: GO rank system.

This will take time, you need to join a steam group called derankers and to throw several games.

Will take you a good while dude. Gold Nova should be enough if you want to go monstor while you're DMG.

DMG to Silver would be a long and arduous journey, and not particularly worth the effort.
A much better choice would be throwing on a new account within the 10 win barrier.
