Hello, guys first of all i am sorry for my english and if i didn't post it to correct section.
My question is about how can some guys have steams since 14. september 2003 +- some day when they are obviously younger than me.
Is this some bug or something like that or how are they doing it?

2nd question:
Is there some way to cheat played hours on some game?

Well if you looked around on the marketplace of this forums, you can see people selling Steam accounts (4 digit / 5 digit / 6 digit etc < These definately are 2003)

2nd:
The only thing I can think of is Idling in-game, looking around on these forums u will find some scrips (Coding and Resources subforum) with the keyword "idle".
(This for example: LINK)
