My dad spazzes alot about computer

im on the computer about 12 hours a day, and my dad keeps getting pissed off at me for not going outside. He even shuts down my computer with the switch if i dont listen to him when hes trying to tell me to do something else. Once i do get off the computer, i usually fall asleep on the couch, and he tells me to find something to do.

What could i do???

No dumb replys PLEASE, like these ones:
-Anything to do with smex..
-Anything to do with smex with fat chicks (eww)
-No vandalism, im already had to scrub my school walls, AND IT SUCKED.
-No robbing or crime.
-No "find a bridge and jump" suicidal plans.
