Beginning to make cheats for csgo

Hello, I am new to csgo hacking scene, and i wanted to ask several questions. I have previously coded in Java [ Runescape servers ] and now im learning c++ slowly.
1. I am using Dev C++ and Microsoft visual studio 2015. WIll these two do the trick?
2. My goal is to make a simple esp. may somebody provide me with a similar code that i could read and adjust accordingly?

I am learning + when i have the code its easier to learn because while reading it i can see what it does in certain parts

You're mentaly ill aren't you. I am not going to c+p anything hence im asking for a code to READ on/
I know that if you use the same c+p code thats already in the database or released, that i will get a VAC ban. Please, if you are not going to provide me an answer that i seek for, dont comment

It's just logic on how you make an esp... And did you even try to google for a ESP source code? There are already some on this forum.

Dont start making cheats untill you feel more than confident in the language you wish to code it & x86 assembly for reversing. You need to be able to understand the programming, not only the language, I suggest picking up a book on actual programming (Non-syntax wise and more 'method' wise)
