    Thumbs up Skills Enabler

    (please note that the cheat wears off if you change classes)

    Q: What does it do?
    A: Resets all of your cooldowns on all of your skills

- Updated to v2.0
- Skills cost no mana
- All skills unlocked (even if they aren't even unlocked via training yet) (See second image below for example)
- TimeKiller should no longer require charges
- All skills will have zero cooldown along with trinkets
