You can still refund it but I'd get an experienced refunder like @Paradise` for orders around the $1000~ and above mark just because he's got tons of experience refunding/DD'ing large amazon orders.

So I just got my new laptop delivered, and I already dislike it very much.
Its an MSI, which has really good performance, but the touchpad sucks badly. It does not work properly and I am having a hard time trying to move around, because it makes the pointer jump from place to place and scrolls up and down when I don't even touch that side of the touchpad.
Hopefully getting a wireless mouse fixes this because it is very annoying.
I am thinking of doing a refund on it, but I already registered it to the MSI website, so I have no clue if I would still be able to do it.
UPDATE: I went to the touchpad's settings and disabled the scroll and zoom features for it.
It is now working perfectly, although this is a very annoying issue.
