Not really. It's super easy to learn any language. Just get a good learning tool, and study for months.

Try to learn Dutch, see if you think it's super easy to learn that language as well.

After English (B2+) I want to learn Japanese on beginner level. And after basics of Japanese I want to learn Deutch.
And yeah I must learn Estonian on B2, because UK universities are looking at mother tongue exam result.

I would rather learn Deutch than Russian, so I think I could make that commitment to learn Deutsch, it maybe hard especially in the environment where there are lot of English speaking personalities.
