These look an awful lot like stock images from google, the name of the file just giving it away.
Here are some tips to get people to trust you on MPGH.
Post pictures that are large enough and clear enough with proof that the items are yours.
Add a nametag to one of the items with your username and then take a screenshot.
Show account proof and ownership.
Use a middleman if needed.
