Are you guaranteed a VAC ban if you use any type of hack/multihack ?

If the hack you use gets detected yes (and they all eventually do). If you decide to pay for a private hack with regular updates it might take a little longer. You can also avoid the Vac ban for some time by protecting your hacks with The Enigma Protector or some hash changer.

If the hack is detected then yes. If it's undetected it would be up to how legit you're making you plays look at CS GO.
