Hello, i recently got a refund on 3 items that i ordered for around£150 they arrived the next day and then i requested a refund saying they have not arrived. i got the items refunded and have just recieved this email this morning

u just got trolled by amazon
So you know you signed for it... and you know they had a tracking number... and you know that amazon investigates with the carriers, but you still went with item never arrived...
Who gives a shit? He got the items refunded so basically there is nothing wrong, let them investigate and you should be fine. If the carrier comes to your house say you don't know what he is talking about and you never signed a package easy. People think you need to hire people to do amazon refunding when it is the easiest thing ever.

The only time I'd use a refunder for amazon is if it's a high order amount and/or I'm double dipping.
