The game is less popular in NA now, hence why they merged. That said, I think the NA client might now be the same as the EU client. So you may be able to use hacks in the EU section on NA. That said, I don't know if the EU section has any hacks right now.

Edit: Heads up, I think the NA client is now the same as the EU client because I found this in the launch parameters for the NA client:

-Ver VER_EU_1509.08

I was trying to get all of the launch parameters so I could launch the game directly from Steam. Which worked, but Engine.exe now does the in-game login through the NexonEU.com, so unless you have an account created on Nexon EU, you can't login directly through the client, instead the NX Passport data has to be retrieved before launch and sent as a launch parameter, which Steam doesn't support However, I would say that the fact that the game now directly validates login information against the EU server would make it even more likely that the NA and EU clients are now identical.

There are no active players like early years. May be you can request this is in Hack request section.
