hi i wanted to learn how to make mods for combat arms and i just got windows visual basic 2008 cause i was trying to do something else... but will this program work to make mods and later on hax? and also please tell me ( if th doesnt work) what will work for me to be able to do this and also would anyone like to take me under there wing and show me how to create all of this stuff?

Mod - Edit .rez's, Hacks C++, VB you cannot make hacks for D3D9 That is what CA is for WR - D3D8 u can, But Extremly hard need to UD vb drivers

when you edit the .rez files what do you change? and it wont let me open the rez file

you cant do ca mods with vb.. you need photoshop
