Is there anything like that around anymore? All I see is accounts for like 12+$. I dont know what happened in the last half year but I think 12$ for cs is kinda expensive as it goes on sale for like 3$ here and then. So if theres anyone out there willing to sell a simple cheap csgo key contact me.

The $3/4 dollar accounts we're internetcafé's accounts. You couldnt trade on them had no own emailadress and if the 'internetcafé ' holder didn't pay anymore for a longer subscription all the accounts got dropped.

Checkout kinguin.net though. Or make a new account on a brasilian VPN and buy it there its like 6$ i guess. When you login without VPN after you can still use it
