Its TELEKILL, and no-it wont be patched, but it ends tomorrow, meaning the coder for it can make the loader for the hacks useless. Until then, get the fuck off CA if you don't like it.

Don't you all read? It's a PUBLIC HACK! With VIP features. They made a special hacking event. When the CA server hits midnight tonight, the hack will go VIP and that'll be the end.
