Need help recovering my main account

Main account name: ccman32
As written in my recent e-mail i cannot request a password reset via mail because the e-mail address i used on that account has been permanently disabled by Google.
(Why does the forum not allow me to write the mail?!).
In case my IP is actually different (not sure about that) please remember that i have a dynamic IP and contact me for further steps in order to recover my account.
