You and the OP just need to add an Official Middleman on Skype and then, once he has finished doing some checks on you both in order to make sure you guys aren't ban evaders, if everything turns out to be okay, he'll proceed with the trade. The Official Middleman will secure the information of the account in question and will ask you to send the money to the seller. Once you've done so, the Official Middleman will give you the account.

It turns out the OP is a ban evader known as @skown24 that got recently banned for scamming.
