I never recieve email

Hi, i created my account since 2009 here on this website.

When i create this account, i was young and use one email... Deka***66* laposte. net


I have acces at the mail box (I can screen you the mail box) , the problem, i didnt recieve the email form your website. (I tried, to send me email or form other website, it's working)

So i cant change password or email on my account, can you help me please ? (I try to check, spam to nothing.)

PS : I recieve e mail form my subbed threads, but not the email for change the password... Please help me to change this
