Not really. Besides like 100% of the donators who who registered between 2005-2011 had donated because of VIP hacks.

There aren't really any more benefits that could be added for donating more. There's already an avatar increase, name/title changes, bold name and colour, etc.
You also get access to Member Level 2. Also, as Hugo said you're donating to support the forum out of kindness and aren't really purchasing anything. We appreciate that on its own and reward it with what we can. There really are no other forum benefits that can be offered for donating more, it's pretty limited. Thread editing is a setting in vBulletin that can't be changed.
The best you can do is add in your signature how much you've donated to the forum
