PayPal using friends & family results in instant chargeback by buyer?

So I got recently charged back for $40 by someone that's still at large, anyways I had submitted a 4 page detailed affidavit entailing every single detail and proof and still they took my money. I contacted PayPal and they said since it was a "personal" payment (friends & family) it didn't qualify for seller protection. So... is it better to accept it as a payment rather than a friends & family payment?

Have them send it to one account then transfer it to your main. To make sure that they will never be able to chargeback, sell it to them via eBay. You'll be protected by the seller protection clause.
