How to Make Combat arms Faster, By stopping the Throttle.

Ok so this makes it so Your computer Use is faster and Hacking is less Laggy..I tried it and it worked...It wont mess up anything but If you dont trust me then don't do it.

I did this when Combat arms was lagging when I turned on two or more hacks. Now I can fly, speed and Do other things with out lagg.

Now I am not responsible AT ALL IF THIS F**KS UP YOUR COMPUTER BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT.


If you want Screen Shots Then post below If you want me to post them. I have No problem doing so And Before you begin this is for Vista and Probably Windows 7. My XP computer was going to slow so I was like Forget it.

If the Throttling Image 2 is diffrent thats because I had tons of S**t open at the same time.

So lets Begin.

Windows Vista has a habit of throttling your connection when you're playing Multimedia, To prevent movies from skipping. You can Adjust this Behavior.

This is for Vista although im sure you can do this on XP OR Windows 7

Now Press The windows key, and search this"regedit"(without the quotes)
Now navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Multimedia\SystemProfile key. Now Raise the Value of "NetworkThrottlingIndex". Setting it to 100 disables it; Although Microsoft recommends going no higher than 70, but there's No harm in testing Setting.

Note: When you go to the setting You might get the First value that looks Like The letter "a" change that to 100 and BAM. Faster everything.

I have an Idea to help you show proof of this, run a benchmark test on the default setting, and then another benchmark test on the altered settings, this may prove your theory!

Well you said it makes everything faster, Run a program like 3D Mark Vantage or use fraps to benchmark your FPS in Combat Arms before and after Altering the registry of Windows!
