Mallora's Shop

I've wanted an item from a shop named Mallora's Shop for awhile, but to get to the NPC that has it you need to do a long questline. I've searched everywhere for this ID, but just couldn't find it. If anyone knows the ID for this shop, then please tell me ^-^

It's relatively new. It will take a maximum of 30 minutes to complete so I think you should just complete the storyline.
