The second match I played on MW2 PC, I got into a modded lobby where the modder killed everyone before the game even started and he ranked us to level 70. I suggest to just ask around in lobbies and maybe someone is willing to do it for you.

Just TDM. I must have been very lucky or it happens a lot idk, only played 4 matches in total. People with colored names aren't always modders but sometimes they can rank you up too.
