I had similar issue, downed every graphic setting because of crappy drivers from NVIDIA and those spots were gone...

Gigantic coloured spots
Does anyone what is happening with me here? I have these gigantic coloured spots on my screen and they change colour every different map. Have a look here, it's unplayable. https://steamcommunity.com/id/thijmen84/screenshots/

Same here
but my Fix was GameReady Driver AND Disabling Antialasing FXAA ins NVIDIA Systemkonfigurations. Btw set the Energie Level to prever max. Power not Hippi save the Trees'n sh*t
