Unlock points seem to be easy to hack but what about Cryptokeys?

I wouldn't expect that from Treyarch,
if you try to do it TAC would probably instantly ban you.

Sounds like you're on the right path, you have to join a game before it actually working. Also, you might be doing something wrong not sure.

I tried that too, several times. It didn't ever let me open the crates. I even tried disconnecting my internet hoping it would bug out for a bit and give it to me xD
