You say these accounts are unmigrated so are you able to migrate them (access the email the account is tied to)?
How many do you have in stock currently?

No, unmigrated means they are not a mojang account so they don't have an email *tied* to them.
We have around a few thousand accounts left.

Exactly they are not connected to a mojang account but to an e-mail address you have to access to migrate them. If you try migrating an account it will ask you to follow the instructions in an email they are sending so you need access to their email too.
