need a coder that knows how to install windows ultimate edition

i have windows ultimate edition and i was wondering if i can give it out to coders (hack creators) or wat ever so they can make hacks for people that have windows ultimate also plz and thank u i can send out a copy asap if some one can do it for me i would prefer it to be free because i have to pay for the cds and postage or wat ever but it will be much oblidged

its really easy because before windows vista there isnt WAT
"Windows Activation Technologies"
so xp and stuff, you usually download them with a crack.
and theres programs that bypass the activation for vista and 7
