    I'm new, need help please.

    Hello I am new and i tried posting a post on USER SERVICES under MARKET PLACE and it said it would be approved by a mod or something and then I got a private message from a user called fanatic steal and said that my thread was deleted though I never even saw it on there and the reason was

    Reason: To Low rep to start SEing.

    How can I get more reputation? Is there a way I can prove what I wanted to sell?

    it was a service where I can perform refunds/replacements on closed accounts. where can i do this for free?
