I would say it's safe. But the script in it makes it a little bit unsafe, but if you don't use the script in it you should be fine.

I got banned for hacking in multiplayer earlier, bought new fucking black ops 3 because my friends are still playing it

Since VAC is now introduced to Black Ops III, I would say your chance of getting banned is pretty high if you're just going "Rambo" with this, meaning you're using it online and not worrying about much.

I would say use this only on offline mode, there are plenty of ways to go offline in this forum, so it is up to you on how to go offline, and I must say that almost all of the ways work 80% of the time.

If you care about your copy of the game, you should not be using any hacks, what so ever.
Because there's always a chance of getting caught.

Yeah me either, i used it for having 100k points in round 3, still not banned, but i'm not risking it anymore because
i dont want to purchase 1 more copy of this game
